We do not process orders to PO boxes.

Date of delivery:

Our current quality commitment contemplates that all the orders confirmed on the day, must be sent before the following 15 working days. We consider a confirmed order those whose payment method is Paypal, or in the case of payments by bank transfer, those that had been checked. In the event of a tear on stock is produced for any reason, our customer service department will communicate you any delay, and the opportunity to cancell or change the order will be given.

Once the order is sent to the customer, the real time of the delivery will be adhered to the packing service fixed conditions, and depending on the destination, it will be between 4 and 10 days.

Guaranties:

Évitrum Network, S.L. guarantees its products for a period of 2 years from the purchase date, except those products whose manufacturer had stipulated a different period of time or manages his own guaranties. Defects caused by negligence, beats, an improper use of the machine, an inappropriate voltage or the normal wear of the product are not included in the guarantee. It will be necessary the customer to demonstrate that the product is not damaged because of an improper use. It is not possible for Évitrum Network, S.L. to guarantee that the acquired product is used for doing a specific necessity of the customer. Évitrum Network, S.L. does guarantee that all products carry out every specified requirement of the characteristics section, which can be found in the description of the product section.

Évitrum Network, S.L. offers a total satisfaction guarantee for the first 7 days from the receipt day untill the sending day. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within this period of time, we will give you back your money (postage and packing not included, and only if you return the product with the whole correct packing and also with the product that you obtained). Postage and packing must be paid by the customer in the case of return. The product that you return has to be in perfect condition.

For any claim it is necessary to provide the invoice.

Returns:

Later satisfaction guarantee period, we only accept returns in the case of mistake or of a defect in the product. In case of products with any defect, postage and packing from the customer to the store will be paid by the customer. If we confirm that the machine works perfectly, the new postage and packing will be paid again by the customer. If the product is really defective, Évitrum Network, S.L. will repair the machine, will send to the customer the repaired or new machine (depending on the case) and will pay postage and packing; the customer does not have to pay anything more in this case. Évitrum Network, S.L. is not the responsible of paying postage and packing totally.

For any claim, it will be necessary to provide the invoice.
