Évitrum Network S.L. is responsable for the distribution and sale of the offered products in this website.
The present purchasing system is submitted to the current legislation in Spain (Civil Code, Trade Code, Law 7/1996, January 15th, according to the minor trade; Law 7/1998, according to the Contracting General Conditions; Law 26/1984, the General Consumer Protection Law; Decree Law 1906/1999, December 17th, related to the Telephone and Internet Contracting General Conditions and the Law 34/2002, related to the Services offered by the Information Society and the Electronic Trade).
According to the Law 34/2002 dated July 11th, the contract is supposed to take place at the vendor´s address (Spain). If any disagreement might arise as a consequence of the present contracting relationship and could not be solved in a friendly any, the dispute will be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Board in the Region of Madrid.
Intelectual and Industrial Property:

None of the contracting parts will be responsible for any misdemeanour due to force majeur. The contract expiring date will be postponed until the force majeur situation is concluded.
Taxes:
European Community Residents.
VAT is included in this website products prices.
Purchases made by liable persons of VAT (companies, entities, organizations…) whose residence is in the European Union and their VAT number is an intracommunitarian one, will be VAT free, being absolutely necessary you to provide us the document that demonstrates that condition.
Non-EU countries residents.
Purchases made by individual or legal entities who are non-EU residents will be VAT free.
For this sale/sending system and owing to its law, it is considered non-EU residents: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the outlying countries from the EU.
Shipping and returns:
We do not process orders to PO boxes.

Évitrum Network S.L. offers to you different payment methods: bank transfer, Paypal count and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Visa Electrón), through Paypal bridge. 
We do not store any credit card information. All transactions are performed by Pay Pal on their secured server. Paypal is secure and is a leading company in online credit card processing.
Bank transfers will have a 3% extra discount as prepayment concept.
Guaranties:
swimmingpool-cleaners.com guarantees its products for a period of two years from delivery date, under the current legal terms.
swimmingpool-cleaners.com will not be responsible for the damages caused by negligences, bruises, improper uses, tensions or manipulations, nor materials that are worn due to its normal functioning.
When the use of the guarantee is justified, the company will decide whether to repair, substitute the product or refunding under the current legal terms and conditions.
The guarantee will not be valid on the following cases:
When the guarantee details or the purchasing invoice have previously been changed, modified or substituted.
If the identity number as well as the product itself are manipulated or repaired without prior knowledge of the Technical Service.
Without purchasing invoice.
In order to make use of the guarantee, it is necessary to provide the guarantee previously signed and stamped along with the purchasing invoice.

Moreover, as adhered entity to CONFIANZA ONLINE and under the terms of its Ethic Code, in case of controversies related to the online contracting or advertising, data protection, minors protection and accessibility, the user will have the right to address to the unauthorised execution resolution of controversies system of CONFIANZA ONLINE (www.confianzaonline.es) embodied on the Jurado de la Publicidad de Autocontrol and the Junta Arbitral Nacional de Consumo.
